For our Family Forest Fun Day Programme, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
For our Family Forest Fun Day Programme, If you are bringing a child under 18, you must either be the child's legal parent/carer/guardian or you must obtain prior consent from the child's legal parent/carer/guardian for them to take part.
You understand that activities may include: walking, craftwork, pond dipping, tool use, flint fire lighting skills, den building, campfire cooking and other related activities.
You consent to the appropriate equipment and tools necessary for the activities mentioned above to be used by any under 18s in your group booking.
You understand that a strict code of practise for working with children will be followed by CommuniTree and all activities will be risk assessed by an appropriate person.
I confirm that I will send my child with a water bottle, lunch (for forest camp holiday club programmes) and snacks . I will not send nut-related snacks, incase there is another child with severe allergies to nuts.
I confirm I will send my child with the appropriate clothing and footwear as stated on the kit list to ensure safety, warmth and comfort during the sessions. We have the right to refuse children to attend sessions if they do not have the appropriate clothing.
You understand CommuniTree cannot take responsibility for any property, which may be lost or damaged during sessions, and therefore we recommend that any mobile phones or valuable items are not brought to the sessions. Child can bring an attached item for the child's wellbeing (for example, blanket or teddy)
If you are booking on somebody else's behalf, you have ensured all information provided for that person is accurate and that the individual has approved any information given.
All products and services must be paid in advance through our online booking system or through invoice statements.
For our birthday parties, bookings will only be secure once a deposit of £120+VAT has been paid. This is non-refundable. The remaining amount will need to be paid 14 days prior to the event.
If there are severe weather conditions such as storms/high winds and a risk of falling branches, we have no choice but to cancel an event to ensure everybody's safety. We will endeavour to let all of our customers know as soon as we can and we will rearrange your booking for an alternative date. No refunds will be issued.
If government guidance states that we are able to deliver our event due to coronavirus (Covid- 19) restrictions or lockdown we will have no choice but to cancel an event. Refunds will be given if cancellation is made in writing 14 days before attending the first date. Refunds or credits for missed sessions will not be given. No refunds will be issued.
If a child is isolating due to COVID-19 related symptoms or positive COVID-19 test. A credit voucher will be issued for paid places. No refunds will be issued.
In the event of a positive COVID-19 case and the whole holiday club group is required to isolate, Credit vouchers will be issued for paid places. No refunds will be issued.
